Meet Your Inner Olympian Guide

The Journey of The Olympian Within

15

Every person has an Inner Olympian. It’s not about perfection, winning, or comparing yourself to anyone else — it’s about noticing the potential that already exists within you, and learning to take one intentional step at a time. My mission is to help you see it, cultivate it, and carry it into your everyday life.

I am a 2x Olympian, and I know what it’s like to start out ordinary and work toward extraordinary results. For me, the journey wasn’t only about medals — it was about learning how to cultivate focus, resilience, and belief in what was possible, even before the results appeared.

A defining moment came after a serious bike accident. I went from high physical function to very low physical function and struggled to recognize myself as an athlete at all.

Over time, I realized that my Inner Olympian had never left — it was guiding me to train inner skills, rebuild trust, and recover in a way that made me not only stronger, but more grounded and whole.

That experience reshaped how I understand strength, growth, and presence — not as performance, but as a daily practice.

My Philosophy & Approach

At the heart of my work is bridging mindset and movement — helping you discover and develop your Inner Olympian from the inside out.
In my coaching and guidance, I focus on:

Potential

Seeing potential where it’s not yet visible — in yourself and in others

Mindset First Growth

Mindset-first growth — building inner skills before tackling outer challenges

Belonging

Belonging before performance — creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are

Intentions

One intentional step at a time — honoring progress, not perfection

Whether you’re exploring movement, mindset, or a deeper connection with yourself, my approach is inclusive, supportive, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we feel safe enough to begin.
